Sea Merchants opened its frozen division in April 2003 and now carries over 30 varieties of frozen fish and seafood under the Sea Merchants brand for Food Service and Retail. Since mid-2006, all Sea Merchants frozen products have been certified kosher under the Orthodox Union (OU).
